The promontory on the eastern end of Vourvourou juts out north into the sea, at the tip you will find Karidi beach. The beach is one of Sithonia‘s most attractive, with it’s shallow waters reflecting a light turquoise colour. In the summer the beach can get quite crowded as families tend to fix themselves here because it’s suitable for children. Some days the water may not be so clean as vegetation may be blown into the bay, but at other times it can be very clean. There are two sides to the beach, one by the parking under the trees, the other side is past the rocky point that divides it.

Drive to the eastern end of Vourvourou and you will see a sign directing you to Karidi beach. You need to drive about 400 m until you reach the parking under the pine trees.
